I’d Rather Be At San Diego Comic-Con 5

San Diego Comic-Con is this weekend. And I’m not there.

I can’t begin to express how much this depresses me. *sigh* I am a very sad geek mom. Not only am I a huge comic fan, my favorite TV shows (namely Bones, Leverage, Big Bang Theory and Burn Notice) will all be there as well as the ever lovely Cindy Pon who will be leading the Young Adult panel (Hey — any comic companies out there want to sponsor a geeky, work at home mom blogger to comic conventions? *hopeful* I figure I’m far beyond any type of dignity at this point and all out BEGGING may just get me somewhere for next year.)

  An awesome author who penned Silver Phoenix: Beyond the Kingdom of Xia. She’s a lovely lady whose journal I have been following for years. She will be at Comic Con on Sunday, moderating the Young Adults fiction panel.
